Common causes of trigger points
Trigger points are caused due to the overuse of the muscles, injury, or physical stress. It can occur due to repetitive actions such as weight lifting or using a computer for a long period of time. There is no single factor that causes trigger points, however, a combination of factors can cause it, such as:

- Deep, aching muscle pain
