  • What is Alleviate?

    Alleviate is essentially a spine and pain management center.

  • Where is Alleviate located?

    We have 3 centers in Bangalore, India.

    Sadashiv Nagar, Indiranagar and T Dasarahalli.

  • What are the clinic’s hours?

    Alleviate is operational from Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 8 pm.

    We are shut on Sundays, but in certain cases, the doctors can make themselves available on request.

  • What does Alleviate exactly do?

    At Alleviate, we focus on pain management, regenerative medicine, physical rehabilitation, lifestyle modifications and on working with the patients to positively impact their quality of life.
    We strongly believe that pain is a big limiting factor for people with back, knee and other musculoskeletal ailments. Amongst every 100 patients seen in Orthopaedic clinics, just about 8-10 would be in need of surgery to solve their issue. The rest can immensely benefit from an integrated pain management, regenerative medicine and physical rehabilitation program customized for them.
    Alleviate is all about reaching out to these people.

  • Can Alleviate help people suffering from post surgery pains?

    Yes, Alleviate treats post surgery pain and can offer 70-80% relief in such cases.

  • What are the different kinds of treatments offered at Alleviate?

    At Alleviate, we are a team of doctors specialized in Orthopaedics, Spine Specialists and Pain Management, to treat long term pains without surgery.

    We offer Injection Procedures, Regenerative Medicine and Radio Frequency Ablation.

  • What age groups can benefit from treatments at Alleviate?

    Young adolescents to elderly people; we have treatments that cater to conditions affecting all age groups. Thorough clinical examination and diagnostic imaging form the mainstay of treatment.

  • What are the different conditions treated at Alleviate?

    Back pain, Knee pain, Neck and Shoulder pains, joint aches, Headaches, Ligament injuries, any sport injuries, etc. You can read more about these in our Services Tab.

  • What does it mean when you say the treatment is done ‘without surgery’?

    We use simple injection procedures followed by aggressive physiotherapy to break the constant pain cycle.

  • Is the pain management offered at Alleviate a form of Ayurveda?

    No. What we use is English medicine, or Allopathic medicine.

  • How many times do the procedures need to be performed?

    In most cases, a one-time injection followed by Physiotherapy sessions resolves the issue, but we recommend meeting the doctor to get the right advice for your specific pain.

  • Do you provide treatment at the patients’ home?

    The Doctor would require to see you in person at the center to begin with, following which a call can be taken.

  • What experience do the doctors at Alleviate hold?

    All of the doctors at the centers possess considerable experience in their respective fields and have treated a number of patients with pain related issues.
